As the Operations Manager, Olufemi Usman has 19 years’ experience in the clearing and forwarding business. He worked with HM Logistics Company Limited, a clearing and forwarding company, as the head of clearing and forwarding from 2006 to 2008. He joined another company, DI Logistics, as the head of operations and worked with them from 2008 to July 2013. He joined Afriglobal Logistics and Supply Chain Limited (then Marathon Logistics) in August 2013 as Operations Officer and progressed through his career path. He was the assistant head of operations from 2021 to 2022. He became the substantive head of operations in 2022, handling import and export clearances till his exit from Afriglobal in July 2025. He is very versed in both custom export clearance and import clearance procedures for sea, air, road, and rail operations. He has a good relationship with customs and other government agencies related to shipping and logistics.
